30-Minute Strength and Functional Mobility Workout With Gideon Akande


Build strength and resilient muscles with this workout inspired by the routine of soccer star Abby Wambach. Just like in Abby’s workout, the exercises in this routine will work the body on different planes of motion to improve your mobility. Led by trainer Gideon Akande, expect a dynamic warmup, functional strength and exercises, and a cool-down to improve flexibility and help with recovery. Throughout this workout, Gideon will be taking Gatorade Zero breaks to stay hydrated.
