Calling all Little Monsters to the bike! In its continued support of the Born This Way Foundation, SoulCycle is hosting a one-of-a-kind Lady Gaga-themed ride that honors Mental Health Awareness Month and celebrates the 10th anniversary of Lady Gaga‘s Born This Way album, which amplifies the important message of embracing individuality. For the past decade, the Born This Way Foundation has been developing programs that provide mental health resources and support for the younger generation. Through these programs, the foundation aims to create a “kinder and braver world” — a message that SoulCycle is “proud to support,” according to promotional materials.

On Sunday, May 23, at 7:15 p.m. ET, Little Monsters will pedal down memory lane as they ride along to some of the pop star’s greatest hits both in studio at SoulCycle Hudson Yards in New York City and on their at-home bikes via the EQX+ app. Yes, at the same time! This studio streamed class is a part of Equinox’s Omni experience, where users can participate in classes both on the EQX+ app and in studio. Meaning you can ride along in real time (in person and in app) or join in later (in app). Can’t make it on Sunday? The class will be available on the EQX+ app and SoulCycle at-home bike for 24 hours after May 23. Sign up for the IRL ride on SoulCycle’s booking site, and get ready to clip in and put your Monster Paws up for this one-of-a-kind ride!
